J. A. Pell & Son recently found themselves back in Chigwell Essex, doing this Bedroom Renovation & Redecoration project. A nice little infill and local project for us to carry out for lovely returning clients!
This was a complete bedroom renovation & redecoration of their sons room. We completely removed and dismantled the existing built-in furniture, then disposed of it. Also making the electrical sockets safe and relocated them as needed to fit the new room layout. We also installed new skirting where required and carried out various other repairs. Our team then completely prepared and made good ready for redecoration by sanding, dusting and washing down all surfaces.
Redecoration consisted of finishing up with quality Albany Trade paint system. Using vinyl matt emulsion on the ceiling and walls, with a feature wall adding a nice twist to the aesthetics. We finished all the woodwork in pure brilliant white satinwood. To complete the flooring, we installed a high-quality carpet. Various fixtures and fittings were added according to the client’s specifications, bringing the project to completion.
