J. A. Pell & Son were in Wanstead, East London for a Hall, Stairs & Landing redecoration project. As seen featured by Brewers Decorator Centres!
Initially various carpentry and timber repairs were carried out to get things ready for preparation. Extensive preparation was carried out on this project before any decoration. Giving extra attention to the staircase of which was the utmost importance to the client to get a flawless finish.
Mylands Patent Knotting took care of the knots on the bare wood. A quality heritage product which we have been using since 1986. We used a 2-part filler system to fill any imperfections and damages. Next, we applied a complete Dulux paint system using top-quality Hamilton Perfection Pure Bristle brushes.
Firstly a coat of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Primer was applied followed by various coats of Dulux Trade Quick Dry Undercoat. Our team then finished up with Dulux Trade Satinwood, Oil based for a superior, tough a durable finish. The finish is all in the details and straight cut lines, a transformation on this Hall, Stairs & Landing Redecoration!
We custom-mixed the blue finish to the client’s specifications and linked it to a unique code that only the client can access. Furthermore if you require a bespoke and one-off finish this is something we are more than happy to facilitate.
