J. A. Pell & Son recently had the honour of transforming a truly unique, bespoke hand painted kitchen and diner at Paris Hall. A stunning Grade II listed property on the Copped Hall Estate in Epping, Essex. Notably undergoing an extensive renovation by the previous property owners Rochelle and Marvin Humes (See The Sun).
On this occasion the new and current owner wanted to maintain and uplift this part of the proper to their personal taste and specification. This presented a fantastic project and a wonderful client to collaborate with, ultimately resulting in their vision being brought to life. The outcome? A truly stunning result!
We carried out extensive repair and finish carpentry to restore the existing bespoke mouldings and profiles to their original condition. After that, we made various tweaks and refinements to the doors, drawers, and trims to ensure a perfect fit and finish for the final product.
Once all repairs and refinements were meticulously completed, the kitchen and diner was finished in a Dulux Trade paint system. The colours were all of a bespoke choice from various samples. Finishes range from water based matt on the ceilings and walls to solvent based satin on for durability on the hand painted and finished kitchen and display units. We used only Dulux Trade products to deliver an unrivalled quality system of prep, primer, undercoat, and top coat.
A traditional property which needed a bespoke and traditional approach the get the desired results. All things considered we produced a stunning hand painted, hand finished and bespoke kitchen and dining area complete. A happy and satisfied client, which gives us great pride in what we do. To say we enjoyed this one is an understatement!
