This is the lounge renovation & redecoration project portion of a property J. A. Pell & Son, along with partner trades recently carried out a full refurbishment & renovation on in Colchester, Essex.
As you can see from the pictures, we carried out extensive work to create the finished product. The room was in a sorry state as it was sitting derelict for many years. Our team set about removing the existing floor and old plaster. There after we renewed all the electrics as part of a full rewire on the property. Also our team carried out extensive carpentry work which involved reinstating a new floor including new skirtings and custom storage cupboard. The room was also fully plastered ready for redecoration.
All ceilings, walls and woodwork was prepared for decoration. The finished product features a Dulux Trade paint system with Sail White matt walls, brilliant white matt ceiling and brilliant white satin woodwork. An extensive complete lounge renovation & redecoration project carried out to a high standard start to finish.
