Our very good clients at Silver Lady Brentwood wanted a bespoke office construction at their workshop in Brentwood Essex.
We planned the project out with the client, making sure we covered all their needs, then went ahead with the construction process. They wanted a spacious, open planned office. Full of natural daylight ready to meet and great their customers. Complete with windows to overlook the workshop. A very inviting space, for customers and employees!
We had our highly recommended our professional electrician Garry involved from GMO Electrical Services. He setup a new feed to supply the office with the needed electrics. This was needed to power sockets for appliances, office equipment, lighting and heating. All covered by it’s own consumer unit with RCD protection separate from the rest of the workshop.
The office was created to the client’s specification from a high quality timber construction, built to last. It was insulated, plaster boarded and then plastered. Complete with a small roof storage space.
The decorating side of things was carried out by a good friend of the client, which was also completed to high quality and professional finish.
