Recently carried out for a lovely newly acquired client in Chingford, East London. The client wanted bespoke lobby construction, as well as some minor repair work due to a recent leak from an upstairs bathroom.
The minor alterations were a internal stud work/timber built lobby to client’s spec, complete with a classy multi glass panel door and window above. The window being a mid project request from the client, which was a great addition. The lobby was finished with matching skirts and coving to blend in with the existing features of the lounge. Additional works carried out was a small ceiling repair in the kitchen including coving. A walkway/doorway blocked up which was then plastered and blended in with the existing front room wall. As well as additional skirting in the lounge.
The client now benefits from a warmer front room, less noise from outside and a place to kick off dirty shoes and store outdoor clothing. All while keeping the homely comfort of their lounge intact. Pleased to say, the client was over the moon with the final product and so was we!
