Another great refurbishment project managed and carried out by J. A. Pell & Son. One of our client’s recently purchased themself a new property in Romford Essex which needed a major refurbishment. The project has been done in a few different stages over a few months, as the client was occupying the property throughout. We find ourselves doing quite a few big property refurbishment projects where the owner still has to occupy the property, it’s no issue for us as we pride ourselves on keeping your home and our working environment, as clean as possible throughout the project.
The job started off with us working alongside our great team and partner trades with a full re wire and completely new heating system. All the old skirting, doors and wall finishings were removed. It was then prepped and plastered. All new skirting and doors installed, including a fantastic looking internal lobby door. Various other carpentry related tasks included repairing the stairs and newel posts, and installing an under stairs storage cupboard. The job was then completed with a full redecoration and all new carpets to the client’s specification.
This was a very extensive job to meet the client’s expectations, which I am pleased to say we now have one very happy client! Hopefully back in the near future to finish the inside off with a new bathroom and kitchen.
