J. A. Pell & Son completely replaced this timber floor including floor boards, joists and plates. All of the existing structure was infested with woodworm.
The existing floor was completely removed and bagged up ready for safe disposal. All residue under the floor space was hoovered and cleaned. We then set about installing new tanalised timber plates and joists to receive new floor boards. All of the floor and surrounding areas were then treated with Sika Universal 5 Star Wood Treatment to prevent anymore woodworm, wet rot, dry rot etc etc.
The whole room was then prepared and decorated complete, using a Dulux Trade paint system.
