J. A. Pell & Son was back at a repeat client’s property in Plaistow, East London for some external renovation works.
The original slate roof had seen better days on a bay. We managed to salvage the original timbers but had to install new boarding, upstands, fascia and drips. The roof was then primed and felted, finished off with a new lead flashing.
We then finished up with all new black Freefoam fascias and Freeflow guttering to the bay, rear elevation and front elevation. Back water tight once again, a happy client!
