J. A. Pell & Son recently completed a full refresh and renovation for Walthamstow Church of the Nazarene at their ‘Manse’. This is the kitchen part of the refurbishment project. A quality fitted kitchen while keeping costs down and working to a budget.
The existing kitchen was completely removed, including all existing plumbing and electrics. All new plumbing and electrics were installed complete with a new electrical consumer unit. The floor was replaced and the room prepared and painted ready to receive the new Howdens kitchen.
The kitchen consisted of all rigid fixed base units, Greenwich Gloss White fronts, Grey Mirror Chip worktops, T-Bar handles and Lamona appliances. Finished up with a simple yet effective Metro Tile splashback. We also reinstated a very convenient downstairs toilet which got removed many years ago. Space also allocated for washing machine, standard fridge freezer and small 45cm dishwasher.
