Here J. A. Pell & Son carried out a full hall, stairs and landing redecoration from start to finish. We started by helping the client move furniture and belongings, which enabled us to clear the hall, stairs and landing ready for refurbishment. All of the client’s furniture and belongings were all stored in another part of the house, protected by soft high quality dust sheets we provide.
The carpet gripper and carpet was removed and disposed of at a licensed waste disposal site. We then carried out extensive prep work to the walls, ceiling and woodwork. This included small repairs to the walls where hair line cracks were an issue, as well as a quite extensive ceiling repair. There was also several floor boards that needed to be replaced, so old damaged ones were removed and replaced with new.
Once things were prepped, we carried out a full refurbishment and redecoration of the hall, stairs and landing. All products used were high quality trade products, produced by either Crown or Dulux.
The carpet was supplied and fitted by our highly recommended local specialist Hoods Carpet And Floor Laying in Romford. We now use these lads on all our jobs, very high quality and professional work.
