Here J. A. Pell & Son revisit the garden room/mancave we refurbished a while back. You can find stage 1, which was all the external work on our website. We also recently installed a bespoke decking area, also on our website! The internal works create great bespoke hobbyist workshop one side and a spacious mancave and family room the other side. Perfect to entertain family and friends! This is one monster conversion and refurbishment, we’ll let the pictures do most of the talking. I think by now you can see J. A. The job started by installing a dpm to all the floors, allowing us to get the insulation installed and chipboard flooring over the top. All internal elevations were insulated, a vapour barrier installed, plasterboard installed and plastered. Finished up with a full redecoration ready for the client to get down their choice of floor coverings (Back to install the skirts at some point). Services include a full electrical and plumbing infrastructure, supplying lighting, sockets, heating and cold & hot water. The ultimate garden room or mancave!
