J. A. Pell & Son revisit a client of many years for a fascia, soffit and guttering renovation job in Leytonstone, East London. The client had issues with various joints and sections of guttering leaking and causing damage to the property.
At the same time they wanted to give the property a slight refresh and uplift. We suggested that they opted for a bigger OG profile guttering, instead of the classic half round profile. We always suggest Freeflow OG, it’s great quality. This allows the guttering to carry and disperse more water, not to mention the OG profile being a lot stronger, and to be honest it looks a lot nicer too! It’s getting to be a popular upgrade for our clients over recent years. Along with the new guttering the client opted for all new gloss black Freefoam/pvc fascia and soffit, plastic felt drip replacements and the front and rear elevations to be painted where needed.
All the old guttering and downpipes were removed. The timber fascia and soffit was repaired where needed. Plastic felt drip replacements were installed, to combat the common issue of a rotten felt drip letting water fall behind the guttering onto the fascia. All new gloss black Freefoam/pvc fascia and soffit were used to clone the existing timber construction. Then all the new Freeflow OG profile guttering and downpipes were installed on both front and rear elevations. Then to finish off, all masonry work was prepared and painted in the client’s choice of finish.
