J. A. Pell & Son and the team carried out this External Window & Door Redecoration project in Leytonstone East London! The rear elevation consisted of several timber sash and casement windows. Along with a side door, a rear door and adjoining fixed glazed windows. A white masonry wall, plinth, window sills and reveals and black timber fascia.
The windows and doors on this rear elevation were all made good using a high quality resin repair system. Our team repaired the rear door then swung it on new 4″ brass roller hinges and secured it with new brass rack bolts. Salvaging the original door and deadbolt lock system.
Finished using a Dulux Trade paint system
Furthermore, each unit was first primed, then undercoated, and subsequently top-coated using the The Dulux Trade Weathershield paint system. The fascia was finished on if Black High Gloss. All timber doors and windows was finished off in Brilliant White High Gloss and the masonry was finished off in White Smooth Masonry.
