J. A. Pell & Son recently carried out an External Property Renovation & Redecoration project in Loughton, Essex.
All areas were made good and prepared for redecoration where needed. All gutters and downpipes were cleared of debris to ensure correct operation. All gutters, downpipes, UPVC fascias, soffits & cladding were cleaned with detergent and then polished with solvent cleaner to revive and leave a refreshed look and finish.
Timber windows, doors and rear fascia were finished in Dulux Trade Ultimate Woodstain (Rich Mahogany). Timber porch side cheeks, fascia and soffit were finished in BDEC Barn Paint (Matt White). Masonry was finished in Dulux Trade Weathershield Smooth Masonry (Buttermilk).
