J. A. Pell & Son and partner trades were back in Wanstead. This time for a full refurbishment to the front elevation of a property! This job consisted of extensive gable repairs & refurbishment, including a complete new finial. Many timbers replaced or repaired. Window openers removed and planned straight. New gutterings and downpipes. Roof repairs including new lead flashings. Then finishing up with the complete redecoration top to bottom!
As you can see water does serious damage when things like gutters, downpipes and roofs are left ununmaintained. It’s well worth gettings issues like this sorted before extensive damage is done!
