J. A. Pell & Son had the pleasure of this Cottage Style Oak Door Installation for a returning client in Romford Essex.
Our team carefully removed the retrofitted aluminium door from its original frame. The frame being in relatively good condition. We believe the frame originally held the external back door, suggesting it’s the original rebated stopped door frame. Stripping back all the old paint and carrying out some repairs made the original frame ready to receive the new oak door.
A new 78″ x 30″ Cottage Style Oak Door was installed complete. Including; a pair and a half of 4″ Chrome Roller Hinges, ERA 5 Lever Insurance Approved 3″ Sash Lock, Chrome Handle Lock Pack. Finish up with 2x Chrome Security Bolts for extra piece of mind and security.
A traditional Cottage Style Oak Door Installation using traditional methods and skillset! Our team put our vintage Record Marples across the oil stone in preparation for this one. We thoroughly enjoyed this installation and loved the quality of the end result.
Our partner trade also finished up the job by fitting the stunning white panel style column radiator including valve set which you can see in the pictures.
