Alongside our fantastic partner trades, J. A. Pell & Son carried out a complete roof refurbishment on a pair of properties in Ongar, Essex.
The job started by creating a safe working environment, facilitating scaffolding to surround all elevations of the properties. This allowed safe and convenient access to all the roofs where possible.
The main and rear lower roofs were stripped of all roof tiles, battens and flashings. Any pointing and repair works were carried out to the chimney stack where needed. Followed by a complete refurbishment consisting of new breathable membrane, battens, tiles and flashings.
Finishing off with a few guttering repairs and then a deep clean of all windows, guttering, fascias and soffits. The scaffolding was then removed and the site left clean and tidy!
