J. A. Pell & Son and partner trades had the honour to be invited to carry out the full and extensive external renovation to the ‘Church Of The Nazarene’ in Walthamstow, East London.
Starting at the top, our team installed a new flat roof on the side elevation. The old roof had deteriorated, allowing water to enter inside the Church building. Followed by many repairs carried out to the original slate roof. Before redecoration, the team carried out extensive repairs and preparation work, including window restoration and renovation, fascia replacements, and render repairs, among other tasks. They also installed brand-new Fullflow guttering and downpipes. In addition, they fitted a new side access gate and fire escape doors, complete with hardwood frames.
Finishing up this external Church renovation with a full redecoration in the Dulux External Weathershield paint system.
