J. A. Pell & Son and partner trades have recently completed a lovely large utility room refurbishment in Noak Hill Romford. Now a modern and light space to carry our various homely tasks such as ironing and laundry. Maybe even a place for arts and crafts with the kids or a small work from home space! Or dare we say maybe include a small bar area, ready to entertain along side the summer BBQ’s! Use it how you wish, we can design the room to your needs with fully bespoke solutions available. Creating useful space at home has become very popular recently.
The room was stripped right back to a shell, removing and replacing all existing plumbing and electrics for new, including an additional outside water tap and electrical socket ready for the summer! All old plaster was removed where needed and the ceilings and walls made good and skimmed to a perfect finish.
The utility room consisted of modern and robust figid fix Howdens base units, Greenwich Gloss Dove Grey fronts and White Quartzstone worktops & upstands. Walls and ceilings were finished off in brilliant white emsulsion and skirtings a brillant white satin. The floor was finish in a grey imitation laminate vinyl covering for easy cleaning. Clean, fresh and modern!
Big thanks to Hoods Carpets & Flooring, Romford, Essex as always for the finish under foot.
As always big thanks to Steve Day and staff at Howdens Hockley.
