Adam and Jim quoted for repair work on our Victorian property. From the start they were such good communicators – it gave genuine confidence in the work.
Turns out we had a local friend who had also had work done by them and seeing the quality of their work we knew they would be right for what we were asking. All through the work they communicated, updated us, explained what they were doing and how/why.
The quality and carefulness of the work was excellent – easily the best work we have ever had done. It was very easy for us from start to finish – from quote, measuring, scaffold, work. We even had a couple of unexpected things happen to the house elsewhere and they added these onto the work swiftly and with a really fine-eye for detail and precision.
A number of our neighbours have now commented on how good the work looks. They have transformed the front and back of our house and external garage and along the way completely sorted out a leek and resulting water damage that other companies have been unable to solve previously.
Such a good experience to work with them.
