We recently engaged with Adam to discuss a whole-flat renovation, starting with the bathroom and small bedroom. From the outset, Adam was a brilliant communicator. He was clear about the process he likes to follow during a project, he emailed/text promptly, he really listened to what we were hoping to achieve in the renovation and he fulfilled any promise given – he was a dream to work with on the quote.
After seeing the property in the flesh, there was a significant revision to the ballpark quote given over email which meant we simply couldn’t afford Adam – I really wish we could because we have no doubt he would’ve done a brilliant job.
