J. A. Pell & Son had the pleasure of fitting this lovely ‘Oak 6 Light Cottage Style Door’ for a returning client in Romford.
An old retrofitted aluminium door was removed from the existing frame. The frame being in relatively good condition and is the original external rebated stopped door frame, which would of housed the old external back door at some stage in it’s life. Stripping back all the old paint and carrying out some repairs made the original frame ready to receive the new oak door.
A new 78″ x 30″ Oak 6 Light Cottage Style Door was installed complete with; a pair and a half of 4″ Chrome Roller Hinges, ERA 5 Lever Insurance Approved 3″ Sash Lock, Chrome Handle Lock Pack and 2x Chrome Security Bolts for extra piece of mind and security.
A traditional style oak door installed using traditional methods and skillset! We put our vintage Record Marples across the oil stone in preparation for this one.
Our partner trade also finished up the job by fitting the stunning white panel style column radiator you see in the pictures.
