J. A. Pell & Son were honoured to carry out a full and very extensive external renovation on this amazing listed property in Walthamstow, East London. This is just a very small amount of pictures we have of the works, there was too much to post on our portfolio. So more are available on request.
This job consisted of a major overhaul on the original slate roof. Chimney stack repairs including bespoke “casted headstones”. Several bespoke structural, moulding and finial timber repairs and replications of original components. Sash window repairs. Bespoke cast iron pot guard replacements to bays. All new Fullflow gutters and downpipes. Bespoke gate repairs. Many traditional period correct repairs carried out of very high quality. All finished up with a full redecoration with the Dulux External Weathershield paint system.
